Meetings of the Westmere Fire Department and its Board of Directors are open to the public. The Annual Meeting of the Department shall be held on the first Thursday in December, and for the purposes set forth in its constitution and bylaws, shall be considered as a regular meeting. Regular meetings of the Department are held at 7:00pm on the second Tuesday of each month. Regular meetings of the Board of Directors are held at 8:00pm on the first Monday of each month. Meetings are held at 1741 Western Avenue in the Town of Guilderland, New York. When a Regular meeting of the Department falls on a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held on the following Tuesday unless otherwise determined at a previous regular meeting. When a Regular meeting of the Board of Directors falls on a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held on the following Monday unless otherwise determined at a previous regular meeting.
